About the role As a P aid Social Manager you will have an important role in providing support to the Social team. You will be required to immerse yourself in the Online/Digital media world, learning quickly and honing your skills and knowledge of the industry. Your role will be crucial in assisting the Social team, providing support in channel strategy, and in managing paid social campaigns. What you’ll do Campaign Ownership : Plan, build, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms Strategic Input : Contribute to channel strategy, audience targeting, and content briefing aligned with client goals Media Buying & Execution : Manage budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and creative testing Performance Analysis : Track KPIs, analyze results, and provide clear, actionable insights to internal teams and clients Collaboration : Work closely with social strategists, creatives, and data analysts to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns Innovation : Stay up to date on platform changes, new formats, and emerging paid social trends Client-Facing : Present campaign plans and performance updates to clients with confidence and clarity About you 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency or global brand environment Proven expertise across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and at least one other platform (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter/X) Strong understanding of media buying best practices, attribution models, and audience segmentation Comfortable with reporting tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio Highly data-literate, with experience turning insights into campaign optimizations Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment You live & breathe Greenpark’s core values —championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork—so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values.
