Requirements Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the security or electrical industry, with a strong focus on installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems. Proven track record of working with various security technologies, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Skills: Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining security systems, including IDS – Galaxy, IP CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems. Strong understanding of current products and technologies within the security industry. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions quickly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to provide clear and concise technical advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism. Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their specific security needs.
