Summary
£46,000 - £62,000 per annum | Full Time | York | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and inspire your team in line with our Leadership & Company Principles.

* Optimize processes and solve problems to ensure smooth store operations.
* Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
Requirements
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment to supporting customers and team members.
* Effective communication skills for handling challenging conversations.
* Ability to monitor and improve store KPIs.
