About the role: £Competitive salary 25 - 30 hours a week Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday Permanent role What you will be doing in this role: Understanding financial performance, driving and tracking actions to deliver our strategic priorities and key targets Providing in-depth profitability analysis to identify opportunity, risk, and inform strategic decisions Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across the business, liaising with key departments to deliver accurate annual and quarterly business plans To work closely with Group sales functions to support scenario planning for business growth Support on specific projects and engineering changes to understand and track financial impacts Financial analysis for new opportunities with assessment of immediate and longer-term returns Development of new reporting tools to understand business performance and compliment financial reporting Financial and complimentary systems transformation to improve financial reporting What you'll need for this role: Minimum 5+ years experience of working in a finance function Previous experience working in a similar or in a manufacturing organisation Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Strong analytical skills with experience of communicating findings to cross functional teams Riada are an equal opportunities employer.
