What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in London. This is a key role within the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Operations Adviser provides support and guidance on our processes, systems, and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high-level administrative support and coordination throughout the talent acquisition (TA) process, acting as a day-to-day contact for all TA queries, supporting the HR team and Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Working as part of the wider HR team within HR Services to ensure all candidates are successfully onboarded within the company.
* Managing and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system to reflect users, live vacancies, and current processes; supporting forecasting, reporting, and management information.
* Assisting with project work to support acquisitions and process improvement, including RTH, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, technology, candidate attraction, assessment & onboarding.
* Implementing and contributing to new ways of working to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, gathering and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.
* Providing input into the design of ATS and CRM training collateral.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Have previous administrative experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
* Have knowledge of ATS (preferably Smart Recruiters) and CRM platforms.
* Possess competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
* Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work at pace with excellent time management and project support skills.
* Have stakeholder management skills, including persuading, influencing, and building relationships.
* Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired
* Experience working with an RPO is desirable but not essential.
