Intervention & Pastoral Support Teacher – Year 7 Location: Bishop Auckland | Full-Time | September 2025 Start | Full Academic Year | £25-£30 per hour dependent on experience We’re working with a supportive secondary school in Bishop Auckland looking to appoint a dedicated Intervention Teacher to support their new Year 7 cohort from September. This full-time role spans the full academic year and blends academic intervention with pastoral care to help students settle, progress, and thrive. Perfect for someone who understands that Year 7 is more than a transition—it’s a foundation. You’ll be part teacher, part mentor, helping pupils build confidence, fill learning gaps, and feel at home in their new setting.
