We have a new opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team As Marketing Executive you will actively support the Business Development & Project Management functions working innovatively and creatively to promote our global presence whilst also developing our digital communications strategy to articulate the Deluxe brand story. Main Activities/Tasks : Design and develop a strategic marketing plan to support the Companys vision and continued growth. Develop company introductory content to support the Business Development Team with new potential clients. Compile content for project specific bids. Develop & manage social media platforms to enhance engagement. Brand awareness development across our industry sectors. Website development & management. Filming & editing video content. Develop corporate & community relations both locally and on an international platform. Award Submittals. Organise and participate in major trade exhibitions and conferences overseas. Organise & participate in company webinars, online presentations using Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Event Management - PR events at home and overseas. Market Research & Competitor Analysis. Gather effective market intelligence and identify prospective leads across all industry sectors from industry specific media. Monitor & develop Company Analytics. Maintain the internal business development CRM database. Develop a visitor agenda to enhance our visitor experience to ensure it is a valued experience for both the visitor and Deluxe. PERSON SPECIFICATION The successful candidate will: Hold a third level qualification in a business or creative discipline such as Graphic Design, PR, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communication or have equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience, creating content and scheduling social media content. Experience of managing and developing Company website. Be innovative and creative with a good understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques. Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach. Be highly driven, enthusiastic self-starter, with a can do attitude and tenacity with attention to detail. Be computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications. There is an excellent rewards package available for the successful candidate. Hours of work: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm.
