An exciting opportunity has arisen in our UK Company Secretarial team for a Senior or Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Corporate Compliance Department in our Belfast office.
The role will comprise of the following activities:
* Managing a large portfolio of UK-incorporated diverse clients across varied industry sectors, with responsibility for ensuring that clients are meeting their statutory obligations.
* Provide advice to clients on a range of corporate governance issues and issues arising from the UK Companies Act 2006 and associated secondary legislation.
* Building and maintaining client relationships.
* Responsibility for billing clients and debtor management.
The successful candidate will be and possess:
* Prior UK professional services experience either gained in an accountancy/legal practice or specialist firm.
* Excellent MS Office and IT skills.
* Good working knowledge of leading legal entity management databases (e.g. Blueprint One World, GEMS etc.).
* Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Client-centred approach.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong technical ability.
