We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Belfast and are seeking a talented 360° Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our efforts. With comprehensive back-office support from our Nottingham HQ, you will have the autonomy to focus on cultivating relationships, building a robust candidate pool, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Drive business development with NHS Trusts, private hospitals, clinics, care providers, and social care organisations.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from prospecting and client onboarding through to placement and aftercare.
* Recruit into critical frontline and specialist healthcare roles, including Paramedics & Paramedic Prescribers, Nurses & ANPs, GPs, Physiotherapists, and Social Workers.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring compliance with NHS frameworks and industry regulations.
* Match candidates to short-term cover, fixed-term projects, and long-term permanent opportunities.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled healthcare professionals ready to respond to urgent and planned staffing needs.
* Act as a trusted partner to clients, advising on workforce planning, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment (temporary and/or permanent).
* Proven success in a 360° recruitment role with both business development and delivery responsibility.
* Experience placing clinical professionals across nursing, medical, AHP, and social care sectors (you do not require experience in all of these areas)
* Strong understanding of compliance requirements in healthcare recruitment.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build lasting relationships at all levels.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by results, and comfortable working autonomously.
