Administrator Customer Service - Full Time

The rate of pay is £ per hour.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
Candidates must possess enhanced Excel skills and substantial experience in customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
* Providing fleet administration support
* Monitoring fleets to ensure efficiency through administration
* Managing annual budget trackers and forecasting aligned with brand planning, including purchase order management
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure swift operation of cares, including timely repairs
* Supporting the customer service manager with projects and initiatives
* Working closely with brand KPIs
* Ordering and registering vehicles for brands
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Must possess advanced Excel skills and substantial customer service experience
* Experience in data entry and administrative duties (essential)
* Attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
* Experience in the transport sector
* Strong communication skills
* Customer service experience
