Support Engineer – Azure and Entra ID

We’re hiring Support Engineers (SE) to join a world-class team supporting enterprise customers across cloud and identity solutions. You’ll be the frontline technical expert—resolving issues, shaping the customer journey, and contributing to product improvements at scale.
Requirements:
* Own and resolve complex technical issues across Azure and Entra ID platforms.
* Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, or web.
* Troubleshoot and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and create self-help resources.
* Drive product and process improvements through customer feedback and engagement.
Technical Experience:
* Azure Fundamentals (Cloud Concepts, Networking, Compute)
* Azure Resource Management & RBAC
* Microsoft Entra ID Administration (Users, Groups, Apps)
* Hybrid Identity (Managed vs Federated)
* Windows AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP
* Microsoft 365 Identity & Access
Contract Details:
* PAYE Contract
* 18-Months Contract
* Remote – UK
