Private PA to UHNWI
Reference: TP7158
Location: Chelsea home, as well as working from home
Occasional travel: 3- 4 times a year to the USA and Europe
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private PA to support a dynamic, down-to-earth, yet highly impressive UHNWI. Based in their home in Chelsea for four months of the year, you will have the opportunity to work remotely for the other eight months as well as travel with them 3 - 4 times a year to locations such as Paris, the Hamptons, New York, and many more. You will be the go-to person, helping arrange incredible trips to large, well-known events.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Calendar Management

* Full management of professional and personal diaries
\t
* Coordination of business and private appointments
\t
* Organisation of international travel, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries
\t
* Planning schedules around art fairs, exhibitions, and cultural events
Private Life & Household Coordination
\t
* Oversight of residences and daily household operations
\t
* Coordination of maintenance, repairs, renovations, and service providers
\t
* Management of utilities, vehicles, telecommunications, and internet services
\t
* Supervision of household staff and external vendors
\t
* Day-to-day life admin: groceries, dry cleaning, home services
Social & Event Management
\t
* Support with private and professional events
\t
* End-to-end coordination: venues, table setup, flowers, chefs, butlers, guest lists
\t
* Invitation management, RSVPs, and guest reception
\t
* On-site event support when required
Executive Support & Representation
\t
* Accompanying them to high-level meetings and appointments
\t
* Acting as a trusted representative and gatekeeper
\t
* Liaising with VIPs, artists, partners, and key stakeholders
Networking, Research & Follow-Up
\t
* Note-taking during meetings and events
\t
* Follow-ups and relationship management
\t
* Research on artists, partners, and projects
\t
* Preparation of summaries, briefings, and memos
Logistics, Shopping & Image Support
\t
* Organisation of personal and professional shopping
\t
* Coordination of wardrobes for galas and formal events
\t
* Handling of artworks, luxury items, and sensitive deliveries
\t
* Oversight of high-value logistics
The Person

* Proven experience as a PA/EA supporting principals, executives, or high-profile individuals
\t
* Outstanding presentation and professional demeanor
\t
* Absolute discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
\t
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
\t
* Comfortable in artistic, cultural, and international environments
\t
* Excellent stress management and availability
\t
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
