About The Role

As a Client Development Director, You Will
* Own and refine our affiliate strategy, driving revenue growth.
* Build high‑performing partnerships with publishers, influencers, and technology solutions.
* Lead a team of associates and managers, fostering strategic relationships.
* Ensure CJ remains at the forefront of performance marketing innovation.
* Represent CJ at industry events and public speaking engagements.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Extensive experience in Affiliate Marketing and digital media/client services.
* Proven leadership experience in managing digital marketing teams.
* Strong understanding of digital channels and consumer behavior.
* A strategic mindset with a record of delivering client business objectives.
* Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
* Experience with AI and automation to streamline processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to commute to our London HQ in White City and potential for short‑haul travel.
