Behaviour Mentor – Immediate Start | Primary | South East London (Temporary)
Are you passionate about supporting children to overcome behavioural barriers and succeed in their learning?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with primary schools across South East London – including Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, and Bexley – to recruit Behaviour Mentors to provide targeted support to pupils with behavioural challenges.
In this role, you will work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to help them understand and regulate their behaviour. You will collaborate with teaching staff to implement strategies, adapt activities, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Where appropriate, you may be asked to support classroom activities and take on additional duties in line with the role.
An understanding of or experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable. Patience, empathy and strong communication skills are essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
