Position Summary
A chartered surveying consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record in carrying out contract administration and employer's agent roles. The role will be based in our Manchester office, working across commercial and private sector projects, across multiple schemes (pre and post contract) with values ranging from £500 k to £25 m.
Role and Responsibilities
* Working towards completing APC
* Ideally Employers Agent / Contract Admin experience
* PQS / Consultancy background
* Solid pre and post contract experience
* 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
* Driving licence
