We’re working with a lovely school in the Peterlee area looking for a Level 3 qualified SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. Whether you’ve worked in mainstream or specialist settings, what matters most is your ability to build trust, follow support plans, and bring consistency to the school day.

What’s involved:
* Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis

You’ll need:
* Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with SEND pupils (in education or care)
* A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills
* A flexible mindset—you’re happy to adapt and muck in where needed
