Here at Bournemouth & Poole College, we are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative on a full time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week). In return,you will receive a competitive salary of £12.58 per hour. We are a subsidiary of Bournemouth & Poole College providing cleaning services to the College sites in both Poole and Bournemouth. The Cleaning Operative Role: The purpose of this post is to ensure that the Bournemouth & Poole College is cleaned to the highest possible standards of Cleaning and waste services across the Estate, with a sustainable approach. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable individual to join our Cleaning team. Key Responsibilities of the Cleaning Operative: Delivering a ‘best in class' cleaning application at the Bournemouth & Poole College. Following Company procedures and required health and safety. Keeping all equipment clean and in a hygienic standard at all times. Following a daily schedule which includes cleaning of offices, classrooms, corridors, kitchens, toilets, washrooms and waste removal. Weekly deep cleaning of stipulated areas. Machine operating – Carpet cleaning and cleaning of hard floors.
