Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We’re looking for aflexible, dedicated Teaching Assistantto join our team and support pupils where they need it most — whether that's in the classroom, around the school, or out in the wider learning environment.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all role. Every day is different, and your ability to adapt is key. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to support individual students or small groups, helping children of all abilities to engage, learn, and grow. Sometimes that might mean working in the classroom, and other times it might mean supporting children during breaks, on off-site trips, or in quieter spaces when they need a moment to regulate.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine enthusiasm for working with children
* Can adapt to different situations and needs throughout the school day
* Is happy to support learning and development in a variety of settings
* Understands the importance of emotional wellbeing alongside academic support
Experience is welcome but not essential — what matters most is a positive attitude, a caring nature, and a willingness to be where you’re most needed.
Join us in making a real difference — wherever that may be.
Please complete the application form and submit to t.hennon@eastborough.viat.org.uk
