The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to help Mysoft secure high-quality opportunities by leading discovery, shaping solution fit, and delivering engaging, business-outcome-focused demonstrations of Sage X3, Sage Intacct and our EDM X3CloudDocs solution.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you’ll uncover client needs, translate them into clear requirements, and showcase how Sage X3 and cloud-based solutions deliver measurable value. Your goal is to simplify complexity, tell compelling solution stories, and give CFOs, COOs, and senior stakeholders the confidence to choose Mysoft as their Sage X3 partner.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading structured discovery workshops to capture, clarify, and prioritise customer business requirements.
* Mapping wholesale distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing processes to Sage X3 capabilities.
* Building and delivering tailored software demonstrations that highlight Sage X3’s out-of-the-box strengths and configurable flexibility.
* Supporting proposals, RFPs, and sales opportunities with clear solution narratives, assumptions, and risk considerations.
* Collaborating with marketing on webinars, events, and content that showcase Mysoft’s Sage X3 and ERP expertise.
* Ensuring a seamless sales-to-delivery handover with well-documented functional and technical requirements.
About You
Ideally, we’re seeking an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant, ERP Solution Consultant, or Software Pre-Sales Specialist with Sage X3 or Sage 200 experience. However, If you're an experienced software sales professional or solution consultant working with technology used in manufacturing or distribution—whether that’s ERP, WMS, MES, MRP/APS, PLM, TMS, Quality Management, or any other operational platform—and you’re looking to step into a high-impact Pre-Sales Consultant role, we’d love to hear from you.
You don’t need prior Sage X3 experience to apply. If you understand how manufacturing or supply chain operations work and you’ve successfully sold or demonstrated software solutions in this space, we can give you full product training (via the Sage Academy + internal onboarding) to help you become an expert in Sage X3. What matters most is your ability to:
* engage manufacturing and distribution clients,
* translate operational needs into clear solution requirements,
* and communicate the business value of technology.
