The Role
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and motivated Electronics Assembly Technician to join our Manufacturing Department. You will be responsible for assembling, soldering, testing, inspecting, and fault finding a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical products to the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
· Assemble and solder PCB components, wiring looms, and connectors following engineering drawings and build procedures.
· Perform functional testing, inspection, and calibration of assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
· Diagnose and correct faults during assembly and test procedures.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
· Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to meet production schedules.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.
About You
· Previous experience in electronic assembly, soldering, or similar technical role.
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and assembly drawings.
· Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
· Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
· Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new software.
· Diligent, self-motivated, and well-organised with strong record-keeping skills.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
