Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established M&E specialist contractor, delivering building services maintenance within a high-end commercial office environment in West London.
This is a static role based within a large, modern office campus, working as part of a sizeable on site engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all mechanical systems are maintained to the highest standards, supporting a first-class client environment.
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern: 7:0016:00, 8:0017:00, and 10:0019:00.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems
2. Maintain and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and associated equipment
3. Fault finding and troubleshooting across a range of mechanical systems
4. Monitor plant performance and ensure optimal efficiency
5. Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure service delivery excellence
