This role requires you to be present in their brand-new Leicester office, three days a week to build strong relationships, engage in dynamic innovation sessions, and ensure seamless cross-functional delivery.As a key member of this strategic function, you will:
3. Proactively engage with senior stakeholders across all business units to confidently gather, document, and refine critical requirements.
4. Own the integrity of business processes and SOPs, mapping and maintaining them to ensure they are consistently accurate and actionable.
5. Translate complex business imperatives into clear, functional specifications and user stories for delivery teams.
6. Partner with project teams to design and deliver robust digital solutions that uphold compliance and process standards.
7. Drive adoption and successful embedding of new processes/systems through effective change management and rollouts.
8. Lead the contribution to testing and quality assurance, rigorously validating solutions against strategic requirements.
9. Monitor and confidently report on the impact of new initiatives, proactively highlighting opportunities for continuous, high-value improvement.
10. Champion knowledge sharing by ensuring all documentation and artefacts are maintained in a structured and accessible format.
The Successful Applicant
Essential
11. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
12. Ability to analyse and map processes, spotting inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
13. Experience working with both business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear deliverables.
14. Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
15. Familiarity with Agile ways of working (scrum, Kanban, user stories, acceptance criteria).
16. Competent in using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Miro, or equivalent).
Desirable
17. A recognised Business Analysis qualification.
18. Experience with CRM, ERP, or workflow systems (HubSpot)
19. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
20. Awareness of change management practices.
21. Understanding of data and reporting.
