About The Role
ROLE: Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Client Delivery - Client Services
RIGHT TO WORK: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

WORK LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY: Hybrid/Remote. We’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you. Please note that international travel to client locations will form part of this role, though frequency will vary based on active projects.
DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
PACKAGE: £32,001 - £37,000 DOE +Benefits

THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery in terms of deadlines, briefs, and budgets. You will collaborate with Associate Account Directors to develop detailed project plans, coordinate teams and provide updates. You will act as the main point of contact for all projects assigned to you and ensure our work meets the highest standards.
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously including timelines, and budgets.
* Developing and updating project plans.
* Coordinating activities between teams and stakeholders both internally and externally with our clients.
* Track and report project progress, address issues, and analyse campaign performance to improve results.
* Supporting proposal development and upsell opportunities.
* Ensuring quality control of deliverables.
THE PERSON
* Has 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in a digital marketing setting.
* Is highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and dynamic priorities while meeting deadlines.
* Thrives in a collaborative environment but is equally comfortable working independently.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently.
* Stays updated with industry trends to bring in new ideas and improvements.
* Communicates complex concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and presentations.
* Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Is a team player with excellent presentation skills and the ability to contribute meaningfully in collaborative settings.

Required Criteria
* Agency experience and familiarity with agency-side operations.
* Proven project management experience (5+ years).
* Experience in digital marketing, digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads and using project management tools (e.g., Scoro, G Suite).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and complex project requirements.
* Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry essential.
Desired Criteria
* Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary.
