Project Manager
This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years.
This role requires someone who can work both as part of a team and independently. You will be confident managing multiple contractors on live sites, balancing competing priorities, and making pragmatic decisions that ensure projects are delivered safely, to specification, and on time.
With strong knowledge of building fabric and construction methods, you will use your practical experience to solve problems and develop workable solutions when challenges arise. You will have a clear understanding of health and safety requirements and be confident applying the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) to the projects you manage.
