Join Pure Staff as a Van Driver & Installer and work with our trusted, long-term client based in Lichfield. This is a temporary vacancy with an opportunity with ongoing work for the right candidate.
* Consistent Work: Monday to Friday shifts, starting at 06:00am
* Long shift patterns available
* Team-based role: Work in pairs to share the workload

* Full onboarding support before your first shift
* Manageable workload: Typically 7-10 deliveries per day, including installation
* Manual handling: Deliver and install furniture (up to 50kg) as part of a 2-person team
* Safe & efficient deliveries: Ensure all drops are completed accurately and on time while following safety procedures
* Customer service: Maintain a professional, polite, and presentable manner when interacting with customers
* Installation duties: Assemble furniture using tools such as an electric drill ??
* Communication: Stay in regular contact with the depot and customers to ensure smooth operations
* Minimum 1 year's experience as a van driver
* Must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
* No more than 6 penalty points
* Minimum age: 25 (insurance requirement)
* Physically fit with good attention to safe handling of goods
