We cater for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas & New Year events and Warwick Castle's amazing summer concerts! Be extremely passionate about food and ensure each meal you plate up is to the highest standard Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence, assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans Working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food stock levels, food quality and brand standards Placing food orders and maintaining stock levels Full knowledge of all menu items served, including allergy information Act as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks Undertake relevant training as required You will be set up for success if you have: Previous experience in a similar food service environment catering for a large volume Previous supervisory experience Proven knowledge of quality food production Relevant culinary qualifications Flexibility and the ability to innovate About Aramark At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.
