Mortgage Admin – Permanent position. Working Monday to Friday, with multiple roles available. Place of work may be Holywood, East Belfast, Jordanstown, or Ballyclare.

Responsibilities
* Mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
* Customer update calls.
* Mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
* Customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
* Dealing with general customer queries.
* Answering inbound customer calls.
* Meeting daily activity targets.
* Working within a team to take on administrative duties.
* Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.
The Ideal Person
Criteria
* 1 year’s experience in an administrative role, ideally in a financial services role.
Desired Skills
* Experience with Mortgages
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Ability to understand complex information clearly
* Work well within a team
* Natural eye for detail
