VAN DRIVER – WARRINGTON, CHESHIRE
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, consistent full-time work, and genuine long-term progression.
Shifts
• Working 5 days out of 7• Start times between 05:00 and 08:00• Finish times between 12:00 and 18:00
Rates of Pay
• £12.86 – £23.15 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Van Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries• Carrying out 5–8 store deliveries and collections per day• Delivering clothing, beauty, or similar products safely and efficiently• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery point• Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office• Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Van Driver, you will need:
• Full UK Category B (Car/Van) Driving Licence• Minimum of 12 months’ van delivery experience• No more than 3 penalty points (minor offences only)• Reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude• Excellent communication and time management skills
Desirable Experience
• Previous multi-drop van driving experience in a retail or logistics environment
Training Provided
• Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation• Two-day paid induction after passing assessment• One week of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver
