The Practice
* Mid-sized practice
* Partners work offsite, with salaried GPs heavily involved in how the practice operates
* Supportive, close-knit team with a non-hierarchical structure
* Very strong staff retention
* Highly efficient workflow with a dedicated admin and coding team filtering tasks
* EMIS clinical system
* Wide MDT including pharmacy team, ACPs, mental health practitioners and social prescribers
* Active within the PCN
Your role
* Salaried GP, 4 sessions (must include Friday)
* 14 patients in the morning, 13 in the afternoon
* Appointment times (10 or 15 minutes) and clinic structure set by the GP
* Personal list shared with another GP and supported by an ANP
* Protected admin time built into each session
* Minimal home visits, with most covered by the PCN team
* No duty doctor model
* Opportunity to develop clinical interests
* You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List

* Up to £13,500 per session (DOE)
