First Class Initiative Ltd is a boutique style immigration law firm dedicated to providing expert assistance in immigration casework. Currently regulated at Level 1, we are seeking an entrepreneurial immigration caseworker regulated at Level 2/3 to join us on a consultancy basis as we intend to raise our organizational level.
Role Description
This is a part-time, fully remote role, specifically for professionals certified at IAA Level 2/3. The caseworker will assist clients with managing their immigration-related cases by conducting case assessments, providing legal advice within the scope of their accreditation, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves liaising with external stakeholders, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support each client’s unique needs.
Qualifications
* IAA Level 2/3 accreditation
* Strong Case Management and Casework skills
* In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes
* Attention to detail
* Prior experience in immigration services or legal advisory roles
* Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Ideally you have your own caseload to bring to the firm, although it is not required. The role is initially offered on a part-time basis.
Please note that the role is commission-based (no salary), travel expenses will be covered if occasional office attendance required.
