We work closely with a fantastic secondary special school in Swindon, which is looking for a TA to join them ideally immediately. The school caters to students with a range of special needs, primarily focusing on SEMH & ASD.

The role
The school is seeking a TA to support across a range of different subjects, providing both general classroom support and 1-1 support. A subject specialism is helpful, as it may prioritize you for specific classes depending on the subject.
The ideal candidate is resilient, proactive, and confident in managing challenging behavior. Experience working with secondary students, preferably in a school setting, is important.
