Our Rugby based, membership organisation is seeking an organised, proactive individual to assist in the busy training department.
Main skills
 * Answer training queries over the phone
 * Manage the training and enquires inbox
 * Manage training course bookings
 * Maintain the Database/CRM system
 * Process Applications and DBS Applications
 * Co-ordinate dates for exams
 * Book Tutors
 * Process complaints
 * Raise invoices
 * Process online payments and chase late payments
 * Book accommodation and organise refreshments
Person spec
 * Must be extremely organised
 * Excellent customer service skills
 * Good working knowledge of Word, Excel Outlook
 * Experience working with databases/CRM systems
 * Excellent administration skills
 * Flexible approach
 * Proactive "Can do" attitude
