What you will do:
* Conduct assessments for complex equipment and major home adaptations ensuring accessible environments for our clients
* Perform Moving and Handling risk assessments to maintain safety and compliance with relevant legislation
* Evaluate and facilitate the provision of Blue Badges for people with substantial disabilities
* Visit older adults and disabled children at home, offering expert guidance and support
* Prepare clear and concise written reports detailing assessments and recommendations
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and liaise with relevant bodies for comprehensive client care
* Stay informed of legislation related to disability to provide knowledgeable service to our community in Manchester
Essential requirements for this role include HCPC registration and a valid driving licence for travel within the city. Your strong communication skills and team-working abilities will be key in delivering top‑notch service.
