Harte Recruitment is partnering with one high-performing property investment business that has recently undergone a genuine transformation. With a new leadership team, a restructured commission model, and a clearly defined career framework, this is an opportunity for experienced property investment professionals to either join at the right level or progress quickly into more senior roles.


This is not a single, one-size-fits-all Investment Broker role. The business is hiring across multiple levels, with flexibility to appoint people based on experience and proven performance — and to support further progression once in role. Hybrid working options will be considered for the right individuals.

1. Investment Broker – establish performance, build a client base, and earn competitively
2. Investment Director – higher basic, increased commission, greater autonomy and a high-earning, hands-off billing role
