We combine innovative land management with a welcoming culture, offering guests a chance to connect deeply with food, farming and the natural world.Role Overview: You will manage the day-to-day operations of Westerlands farming enterprise, ensuring best practice in regenerative agriculture while aligning with our wider estate vision. The role requires strong practical livestock farming experience and knowledge (sheep&cattle), leadership and a passion for soil health and ecology.
