About the Role
As a GRP Laminating Trainee, you'll complete a structured classroom based four-week training programme designed to equip you with a highly sought-after skillset and set you up for a long-term career with Sunseeker.
The training is delivered Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:15pm, by some of Sunseeker's most experienced and longest-serving Trade Specialists
Once training is complete and you transition into your role as a GRP Laminator, you will be fully involved in the production process. This includes using a variety of manual wet-lay techniques, infusion, preparing and releasing both small and large moulds, and working as part of a team to achieve production targets while maintaining Sunseeker's world-renowned quality standards.
