The Plant Coordinator (Service & Maintenance) is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of plant and fleet assets, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are serviced, maintained, inspected, and tested in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient use of plant and fleet resources across the business. As a Plant Coordinator (Service and Maintenance) you will: Oversee the lifecycle of plant and fleet assets from acquisition to disposal. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance whilst maintaining accurate records. Maintain adherence to JNB minimum plant standards and legal regulations. Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions where required Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure planned servicing, unplanned maintenance, testing and inspections are carried out to a high standard. Monitor usage, fuel, damage, loss and overall spend across the fleet. Use data to identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement What you’ll need: Strong organisational and coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity of plant and fleet maintenance procedures. Proficient in asset management systems and Microsoft Office. Understanding of plant operations and fleet compliance. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
