These services continue to develop, and we are now looking for a pharmacy dispenser to join our team.
In this role you will dispense medicines for patients. In addition, you will undertake related duties including ordering and receipt of stock, and be involved in the provision of an efficient and effective front of house service for customers, including the sale of medicines.
You will have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills, and be an effective team player. You will work well in a pressured environment.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
* NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or nationally recognised equivalent qualifications) GCSE English and Maths.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Computer literate.
* Understanding of Health & Safety Legislation and Risk Management.
* Moderate periods of standing attending to needs of patients and staff; moderate periods spent reaching for and lifting light pharmaceutical products.
* Exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances is rare.
* Work pattern generally predictable with periods of concentration required for dispensing, accurate use of computer and completing general duties.
