Cover People are working in partnership with a warm and welcoming secondary school in Bolton to find a full-time, long-term Economics & Business Studies Teacher in September!
The booking will likely run until July 2026.
The role will be likely teaching KS4 Business Studies and KS5 Economics with planning and marking involved. The school would like a pro-active candidate to join a supportive department in a desirable location with excellent transport links. The school are more than happy to support ECTS!

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
Recent experience teaching Business Studies & Economics within secondary schools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students
We’re looking for an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of success and raising pupil outcomes. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
