Advice Session/Quality Advice Supervisor – Part Time 18.5 Hours per week – Based in Worcester Office
Salary: £27,254 – £28,142 per annum Full Time Pro Rata (depending on experience)
To supervise delivery of the advice services for Citizens Advice Worcester, including supervision of advice sessions in our Worcester office.
To ensure the quality of advice given to service users meets required standards. To work with key staff to recruit and train volunteers and develop the channels of advice accessible to our clients. More details of the role are included in our Job Pack.
Ideally we are looking for an individual with recent experience of advice work either as a supervisor or as a general advisor. We are also willing to consider other candidates with transferable skills, which meet the person specification, training will be provided.
