Join Our Growing Team at Ceiba Community Support: Mental Health Support Worker (Female)
"It's not about what it is, it's about what it can become." – Dr. Seuss
At Ceiba, we believe in empowering individuals and helping them unlock their full potential. As a small, passionate, and dynamic team, we seek compassionate and creative female Mental Health Support Workers to join us in providing meaningful support and mentorship to vulnerable adults in Shipston-on-Stour.

Your support will help clients build confidence, develop skills, and express their individuality within their communities. We work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs), mental health coordinators, and clinicians to ensure the best outcomes for everyone involved.
This is an opportunity to grow your professional skills, enhance your knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in mental health care while contributing to positive change in the lives of those you support.
