HW Finance are pleased to be working with a family owned manufacturing business in Leeds, to recruit an FP&A Manager in a newly created position.
About the role:
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be involved in producing financial analysis, MI packs, and business partnering non-finance stakeholders across the business, working on costing and pricing initiatives.
This is a varied commercial role, with opportunity to build reporting to support the business moving forwards, and with autonomy to really dive into the data, and drive strategic change.
Key Responsibilities:

* Produce financial analysis and performance reporting to help understand data by product/customer
\t
* Develop KPI dashboards and reporting
\t
* Assist with the implementation of the company’s new ERP system
\t
* Support with developing overhead cost allocation
\t
* Support with the month end board packs, adding additional commentary and insight as required
\t
* Manage quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long term strategic plans for the business
\t
* Maintain up to date rolling cash flow forecasts
\t
* Assist with business case preparation and ROI calculations. Monitor actuals vs. budget
\t
* Business partner with leaders across the business to influence and support with pricing and costing initiatives
About You:
\t
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent
\t
* Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data
\t
* Prior experience in financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting
\t
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\t
* Experience with systems implementations (advantageous)
\t
* Manufacturing knowledge (advantageous)
