Frome area, with easy commute from Bath, Bristol, Warminster, Trowbridge, Westbury, Bradford-on-Avon, Mells, Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Shepton Mallet, Wells, Glastonbury, Yeovil, Street, Castle Cary, Salisbury, Chippenham, Melksham, and Devizes.

Main Responsibilities
* Carry out fault finding, diagnosis and mechanical repairs
* Support planned preventative maintenance in line with site schedules and budgets
* Improve plant reliability and maximise equipment uptime
* Assist with installation, servicing and adjustment of mechanical components
* Conduct daily inspections and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns
* Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with company standards
Requirements
* Background in mechanical fitting, automotive mechanics, or agricultural engineering
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial environment
* Ability to work night shifts as part of a team
* Willingness to develop skills through training and upskilling
* Experience in industrial maintenance is advantageous but not essential
