You'll be joining our London office and team, home to around 100 adidas employees, working across Brand, Sports Marketing, Culture Marketing, Marketing Activations, Sales, Digital, Finance, HR & many more. As an Assistant Manager Social Media, part of the Global Brand social team for publishing in the UK, you will create brand connection and product desire via innovative storytelling and publishing, rooted in entertainment, sport, culture, and real-time consumer engagement through social media publishing.
What you'll do:
You'll support all core elements of social media at adidas. Calendar management, content planning, content editing, social publishing, copywriting, community management, and reporting. You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing, communicating, and managing stakeholders to deliver results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Who are you?
You're a problem solver, a project manager, and a social native. You know your way around social media, fine-tuning content for in-feed, staying on top of emerging platforms, and extracting data to improve our content and presence. You are solutions-oriented, communicative, and passionate about social media and adidas. Relationship management and attention to detail are critical, as our publishing reaches millions. You should have an eye for creative review and be capable of managing the execution and delivery of content, providing regular updates through reports and team meetings.
Skills and Experience:
* Extensive technical experience in planning, publishing, and reporting on social media content and platforms
* Experience working with agency and content workflows
* Experience with data, reporting, and content management platforms
* Strong written communication skills
* Advanced organizational and relationship management skills
* Curious, accountable, and action-led
