Job Title: Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist Location: Red Moor School, Lanlivery, PL30 5BT Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (based on experience) Basic SALT from £33,000 | Specialist from £39,500 | Highly Specialist from £48,000 Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Mon–Fri, term time; part-time considered) Contract: Permanent (term-time only or full-time flexibility available) About The Role Join our in-house clinical team at Red Moor School, part of the Acorn Education brand. You’ll deliver tailored Speech and Language Therapy to pupils aged 5–18 with SEMH needs, neurodivergence, and developmental trauma. Working closely with education staff, you’ll assess, plan, and provide intervention, while offering training and consultation support to colleagues. You’ll manage a caseload independently with the support of a clinical supervisor and site lead, working in line with OFG’s SaLT Ways of Working. Ideal for a resilient, enthusiastic therapist ready to innovate and make a real impact.
