Earnings Potential: £56,000+ OTE with overtime and Bonus

The Role
My client is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to become part of a skilled engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on production equipment such as conveyors, mixers, overhead cranes, and heavy plant machinery.
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform repairs, and implement preventative maintenance to reduce future breakdowns.
* Work closely with the production department to minimise downtime and maintain optimal output levels.
* Keep detailed maintenance records and ensure all machinery complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Previous experience working within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
* Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to repair and maintain production machinery.
