Director of Product
The Role
We’re looking for a senior product leader to take ownership of product strategy, direction and delivery across a portfolio of digital products and platforms.
This role sits at the heart of the organisation, working closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business. You’ll be responsible for translating strategic goals into a clear product vision, ensuring teams are aligned around delivering value for customers while driving sustainable commercial growth.
You’ll lead the evolution of products and platforms, identifying opportunities to innovate, improve customer outcomes and expand market presence. This is a highly influential role with broad scope across strategy, execution and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and lead the overall product direction, ensuring alignment with wider business priorities
* Define clear product roadmaps and priorities that balance customer needs, market opportunities and commercial goals
* Drive continuous improvement in how products are developed, delivered and iterated
* Work closely with engineering, commercial and operational teams to deliver high-impact solutions
* Use customer insight, data and market trends to inform decision-making and prioritisation
* Identify new opportunities for growth, including new products, features and market expansion
* Partner with commercial teams to support product positioning, packaging and launch activity
* Build, lead and develop a high-performing product organisation
* Ensure effective collaboration across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
* Anticipate and manage risks, ensuring strong decision-making at a strategic level
About You
* Experienced product leader with a track record of owning strategy and delivery across complex product environments
* Strong commercial mindset, with experience linking product decisions to business outcomes
* Proven ability to lead and scale product teams
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
* Experience working closely with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
* Experience in complex, regulated or data-rich environments is beneficial
