Responsible for the day-to-day operations on the 40-acre estate.
Overseeing the Lawn Technician, Horticulturist, and team of gardeners.
Responsible for managing the build-up and breakdown of onsite events.
Conducting daily walk-arounds and inspections to ensure 5-star standards are maintained across the estate.
Managing all Health & Safety matters, ensuring compliance and creating a safe environment for all.
Proactively managing all estate operations, ensuring high service levels and proper documentation.
Re-tendering service contracts to optimize standards and value.
Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
Reviewing and implementing best practices.
Assisting with setting, monitoring, and achieving service charge budgets.
Serving as the estate team's point of contact for questions or queries.
Consulting with the Director of Facilities on major decisions.
Ensuring grounds are maintained to high standards, working alongside gardeners.
Fostering collaboration among colleagues.
Maintaining good relationships with contractors like tree surgeons and engineers.
Handling rotas, sickness, emails, orders, and external contractors.
Being prepared to attend internal and external meetings.
Adopting a hands-on approach, always seeking improvement.
