About the Firm An established and professional financial planning firm based in Meriden, Coventryis seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers, ensuring the efficient management of client records, documentation, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow within financial services in a supportive and client-focused environment.
Summary of the IFA Administrator Role: Preparation and processing of new business applications (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)
Managing annual client reviews and maintaining up-to-date documentation
Liaising with clients, product providers, and advisers to obtain and chase outstanding information
Maintaining accurate and current client records using CRM system Intelligent Office
Obtaining quotes, illustrations, and valuations from providers
Preparing meeting packs and reports for advisers
Ensuring all tasks are compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures
Supporting advisers with various ad-hoc administrative tasks

Key Qualities and Skills Required:
Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning firm (essential)
Solid understanding of financial products such as pensions, ISAs, investments, and protection
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Confident in using financial platforms and CRM systems
