As a PMO Analyst, you will be central to enabling effective governance and delivery oversight across a portfolio of projects. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, surfacing risks and dependencies, and producing high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forums. Key Responsibilities
* Track and report on the status of project work streams, ensuring timely and accurate updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
* Maintain oversight of actions, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets across the portfolio.
* Support the preparation of high-quality reporting packs and dashboards for management and steering committees.
* Monitor progress against business performance indicators and escalate deviations where necessary.
* Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
